01/28/2021 08:30 AM   SB 2040 Relating to bonded debt repayments; to amend and reenact sections 6-09.4-06, 6-09.4-10, and 15.1-36-08 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to borrowing and lending authority of the public finance authority, reserve funds associated with bonds, and the school construction assistance revolving loan fund; to provide an appropriation; and to provide a bond issue limit.

Friday January 29
01/29/2021 09:00 AM   HB 1419 Relating to the authority of a county or city to levy an infrastructure fee in lieu of special assessments; and to amend and reenact sections 11-09.1-05, 11-11-55.1, 40-05.1-06, 40-12-02, and 40-23-21 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the authority of cities and counties to levy an infrastructure fee in lieu of special assessments and special assessment fund balances.

The North Dakota Legislature is back from crossover break. The House will begin working on Senate bills and the Senate will be working on House bills. As you can see from the schedule below, the House is still working on a few House Concurrent Resolutions.
